The LUBIO® accelerator series comprises both vulcanisation accelerators and catalysts for the PU area. LUBIO® NCL is based on a newly developed cluster technology. These accelerators take part in chemical reactions with sulphur and rubber and accelerate and / or control the cross-linking of rubber products. Furthermore the use of LUBIO® NCL allows for a reduction of the sulphur amount in the vulcanisation process and contributes to the ageing resistance of rubber.
As a catalyst, LUBIO® Polykat increases the reaction speed during cross-linking of isocyanates to carbodiimides. The use of different LUBIO® Polykat types allows for the cross-linking of both aromatic and aliphatic isocyanates.
